ZH / Managed lands

One platform for every acre you manage.

Farms, ranches, preserves, corridors and waterways ask different questions of the same ground. The Zohardi Brain, the aircraft and the learning engine stay the same. Only what the models look for changes.

001 / One flight, many questions

The same flight answers different questions.

One base image of a property, with a layer for each question. Condition change for an easement, standing feed for a ranch, vegetation clearance for a corridor, and heat and methane wherever they matter.

The same base image four times, with one layer each for condition change, standing feed, vegetation clearance, and heat and methane

002 / Disciplines

A new kind of land is a retrain, not a redesign.

Conservation and easements

Encroachment, habitat change and restoration progress.

An oak woodland preserve with a seasonal creek and a trail

Ranches and rangeland

Standing feed, water and troughs, and fences.

Cattle grazing on open rangeland with oaks and a fence line

Farms and orchards

Crop vigor and stress, irrigation problems, and change field by field.

Vineyard rows on a slope above an orchard block, with a farm road and oak hills beyond

Utility and pipeline corridors

Vegetation encroachment and right-of-way condition.

A transmission line right-of-way crossing chaparral hills

Wildfire fuel and risk

Fuel load, defensible space and proof that treatments were done.

A chaparral hillside with a mowed fuel break along the ridge

Water and irrigation

Canal and levee condition, and standing water.

Landfills

Methane across the cover, cover and slope condition, and erosion.

A closed, capped landfill with grass cover, terraced benches, gas well heads and a perimeter road

003 / One flight, several buyers

The same ground often has more than one party paying to watch it.

The operator manages the land, an easement holder documents it, an insurer prices its risk and an agency tracks its condition. One set of flights can serve them all.

004 / How we start

We start with the data you already have.

If you already have aerial or drone imagery, send it with your existing records, and we'll run our change detection over that history and show you what it finds. If you don't, that's fine. Nothing in the system depends on it, and the record starts with the first flight. Either way, we start with one dock on one property.
