ZH / Conservation and easements
Conservation easement monitoring from the air.
An easement holder documents the land every year. Zohardi flies it every day, weather permitting, for encroachment, habitat change and restoration progress, and every flight leaves a dated record for your land trust.
A Zohardi Station, our customized dock and data center, is a drone dock that lives on the property. We run every flight, the data and the FAA approvals.
001 / What it watches for
Encroachment, habitat change and restoration progress.
Change since the last flight. Flying the same property from the same dock lines each map up with the last, so a change on the map is a change on the ground.
Encroachment. New roads, structures, dumping and trespass, flagged with a photo and its location.
Plant condition. Vegetation indices such as NDVI and NDRE track plant vigor and stress.
Wildlife. Thermal finds livestock and wildlife, and it reads surfaces, not what lies beneath them.
002 / What you get
Answers in the tools you already use.
Each finding with its evidence. Every finding comes with a photo, its location and how sure it is.
Esri layers and Databricks tables. Results land in Esri ArcGIS and Databricks, as Esri layers, Databricks tables and exports, or through an API. We're an Esri partner and a Databricks partner.
A dated record. Every flight leaves a dated record for your land trust or your insurer.
A living digital twin. Every flight, finding and dataset joins one digital twin of the property, by place and time. Once flights begin, ask it a question in plain language, and it answers with the imagery to back it up.
Your data. You own your data and every output about your properties.
003 / The free pilot
Try Zohardi free for 60 days.
We install the dock, handle the FAA approvals and run every flight. You own your data, and you can stop anytime.
Step 1
Walk the land.
An hour on the phone and a walk of the property to set your priorities and pick a spot for the dock.
Step 2
Fly every day.
Daily flights and on-demand checks, a morning report, and alerts when something changes.
Step 3
Review your numbers.
At day 60 we go over what it caught, what it saved and what it added. Keep going, or we take the dock away and you keep the record.
004 / Questions
Questions about conservation land and easements.
What does Zohardi watch for on conservation land?
Encroachment, habitat change and restoration progress. Every finding comes with a photo, its location and how sure it is.
What record does it leave for a land trust?
A dated record from every flight. Every flight, finding and dataset joins one digital twin of the property, by place and time.
Can you use the aerial imagery we already have?
Yes. If you already have aerial or drone imagery, send it with your existing records, and we'll run our change detection over that history and show you what it finds. Nothing requires it.
Can other parties use the same flights?
Often, yes. The same ground often has more than one party paying to watch it. The operator manages the land, an easement holder documents it, an insurer prices its risk and an agency tracks its condition, and one set of flights can serve them all.
Does anyone need to be on the property?
No. The dock houses, charges and launches drones with no one on site, and we provide the remote pilots.
